Ingredients

2 ripe Hass avocados, peeled, pitted, and chopped
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Combine the avocados, lime juice, vinegar, honey, and 1/4 cup water in a blender, and puree until smooth. Add the cilantro, season with salt and pepper, and blend for a few seconds just to incorporate.
