Ingredients

1/2 cup kosher salt
2 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon chipotle pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon granulated dried onion

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients thoroughly. You can store this rub in an airtight container indefinitely.
