Ingredients

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar (or white vinegar)
1 ounce dark chocolate, melted
2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Ground pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend on low until mixed, less than a minute.
