2 1/2 teaspoons black peppercorns
1 pound feta
1/3 cup honey

    With a mortar and pestle or the bottom of a heavy skillet coarsely crack peppercorns.

    Pat feta dry and put on a platter. In a measuring cup stir together pepper and honey and pour over feta.
