Ingredients

4 cups mixed Italian olives* such as Alfonse, Gaeta, and Sicilian, drained
1/4 cup caper berries*, drained
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon julienne strips orange zest
1 teaspoon fennel seeds, crushed
1 large garlic clove, sliced
