Ingredients: 3/4 stick (6 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted, plus 1 tablespoon (melted) for greasing molds; 3/4 cup all-purpose flour; 1 teaspoon baking powder; 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon; 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander; 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg; 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice; 1/4 cup granulated sugar; 3 tablespoons packed light brown sugar; 2 large eggs; Confectioners sugar for dusting; a madeleine pan with 12 (3- by 2-inch) molds*
