Starbucks VIA® Coffee Popsicles

Something cold for the heat!

Cooks' Note

Try adding spice to your popsicles, i.e. cinnamon. For a richer, denser version, substitute some or all of the milk with heavy cream or sweetened condensed milk

Ingredients

2 Packets Starbucks VIA®
3 Tablespoons Sugar, granulated
2 Cups Milk

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Dissolve Starbucks VIA® with a tablespoon of hot water and stir to mix.

    Step 2

    Stir in sugar and milk.

    Step 3

    Pour into popsicle mold and let freeze 2 - 4 hours
