1 cup bottled mayonnaise
2 tablespoons tahini (sesame seed paste)
1 small garlic clove, minced and mashed to a paste with a pinch of salt
2 tablespoons minced fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/8 teaspoon cayenne

Preparation

  1. In a bowl stir together the mayonnaise, the tahini, the garlic paste, the mint, the lime juice, and the cayenne. Serve the sauce with meat, chicken, or vegetables.
